Palzy is an AI companion app. It’s a friendly presence you can message anytime — it listens, chats, and remembers you.
How do I get started?
Just open the app, tell Palzy your name, and start typing. Palzy replies right away — no setup needed.
Is Palzy free to use?
Yes. Your first 100 messages are completely free. After that, you watch a short ad roughly every 30 messages to keep chatting — no subscription required.
Does Palzy remember our conversations?
Yes. Palzy keeps your chat history so conversations feel natural and continuous, and can come back to things you mentioned before.
Is my data private and secure?
Your conversations are stored securely and are never sold. We use your data only to make Palzy work for you. You stay in control of your data.
How do I change my name or language?
You can update your name anytime from the Settings screen. Palzy automatically uses your language.
I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Make sure notifications are enabled for Palzy in your device settings, and that battery-saver mode isn’t blocking background activity. If the problem continues, contact us.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account and data deletion from the app or by emailing our support address below. We’ll process your request promptly.
